Easing the pain of C file and shared library dependencies
Warning! asdf-ecs is in desperate need of some lovin', some rethinkin', and a better name. Sadly, I'm busy with other projects during the forseeable future.
It aims to make using C files and shared libraries via ASDF as easy as using lisp files.
The brave of heart can use a gzipped tarball or the darcs repository. Those wanting stability will have to wait. :P
See the intro, which gives a rough overview and example usage, along with explaining known shortcomings. You could also look at examples of existing libraries after being converted to use asdf-ecs.
The license for asdf-ecs is undetermined. If that bothers you, feel free to make arguments for your favorite. The spirit of license I'm looking for is along the lines of BSD, MIT, or possibly public domain; essentially, "use however, no fair suing".
